Customer Support

I would like to start off with my apology! I ranted a few days ago because of a lost order! Yes, I was steered "real quick" to Customer Support! I apologize for my rant for starters! But Customer Support moved so quickly to check out what happened! THANK YOU!!!!
It just proves, going thru the right channels ... "work!"
Thank you again...Kelly

I've been trying to contact customer support through the FAA email address. No response. I have a simple question that maybe someone on here knows the answer to.

I am new to FAA and have sold something, but I don't have PayPal. I want to be paid through Zelle, if possible. Also, I don't want to give FAA my social security number and generate a 1099.

Is this possible with FAA?
Thanks!

No, you have to have PayPal

Nobody does, but the IRS thinks otherwise and we all, incl FAA, like to stay friends with the IRS unless you have a lot of time on your hands and you desperately need a change of scenery for the next 6 months or so.......

As an alternative for an SSN, you could check on the IRS's website if you qualify for an EIN.

Peggy, if you are serious about doing business in the online world you really do need to have a PayPal account. In addition, if you want to be paid by a business you need to be prepared to do things legally. Selling something via FAA (or another POD) is not like selling something at your neighborhood yard sale.

Sorry, not meaning to derail Ronald's post/thread, so let me add...to get it back on track...

In the 10 years I've been here at FAA I've had two occasions to contact Customer Support. In both instances C/S responded quickly and professionally and effected a quick resolution to the issues.
