Premium Site Icon Missing

Yes, I just checked and it is missing on your premium site. Sadly, yet another site glitch.

Sign-in to your premium pixels website> go to Settings > Website Appearance > Homepage > About Tab > Check Headshot


If everything looks correct there - contact Technical Support.

They are not transferable to the Premium site. That way you can have a different avatar for each site.

Same goes for the bio

As Jessica says, they are not transferrable

PREMIUM SITES- log in there using the ADMIN log in and go to Website Appearance / ABOUT and add a profile image

Headshots should be jpg and only 800 pixels

Checked and the headshot is checked as yes.

You have to add it also

Make sure your About page is showing on the homepage if the image is on there

Otherwise it will be the logo in the Header area
