Hi Karen,
It can take 24 to 48 hours for the new image to appear on all substrates and products.
If the old image continues to show – Clear your cache and history – restart your computer.
If you want an immediate change of an image –
Delete the old upload completely > Start a new upload with your new image > be sure to change the title of the new image even if it’s just to add a number or letter to the end of the old title.
If you title the new image the exact same title your old image can continue to show.
NOTE: if you delete your old upload and change the title – you will break any links to Social Media and lose your comments, visits, likes and search rating that was attached to that old upload.
