Help Joining Faa

I have an account and referred FAA to a friend. She is getting an error code #1812 everytime she tries to enter the texted passcode. How could she contact technical service for help? Thank you.

Thanks to all that responded to my query. My friend lives in another state, so I cannot see what exactly she is doing. Her name is Beth Hampton Jones. It is the verification code sent to her text that is the issue.

Never heard of a texted passcode, did the site get some kind of 2nd verification? Are you sure its from faa?

very strange, we have a password that we use to log in, she could also reset her password

 

Wonder if you were present and watched her try since you have successfully signed up and know how or if she tried from her house and told you about it. If she did search for fine art america she may have accidentally clicked on one of the other sites that irritatingly pop up before fine art america? Just a thought.....

Be good if FAA checked new accounts against their phone numbers. Every other company is now doing that.

All of them have endless scammers hitting them.

All new members can only join if they input their phone number and get a verification code. It has been like that for a long while now

Carol, what is her name and I will go and see if we can find her. Most people who do not get the verification or who cannot use it are on VPNs or there is another reason they cannot enter. Our security for new members is quite high now

Mike,

I'd venture 98% of point of contact for FAA is mobile. I do not know how many sales are on mobile or desktop but it is a majority mobile.

Security has to come first. There is not much of a marginal loss of people who can not function with mobile.

Buyers might be under different log-in terms.
