what problems do you encounter?

Its not uploading any pictures im thinking now it could be my phone

ok, here is the deal - if you are uploading from the phone make sure the images are jpg and not the new heic version, FAA only accepts jpg, you can change the settings in the phone
the ones you have you can convert to jpg on a computer

Go to camera settings and formats. Choose most compatible to save as a jpg instead of high efficiency for the future.

As Nina says, the images you are having problems with need to be opened in editing software on a computer and re-saving as a jog.
