Problem With Image Display

I was going to post my first sale in the current thread, but when I go to the image - a different photo is displayed. The correct photo shows as the logo to the collection (https://pixels.com/profiles/steven-ralser?tab=artworkgalleries&artworkgalleryid=789960), but a different image displays in the body of the collection. When I click on the image, the wrong image is shown (but the correct image is in the Wall Art section; all others are the wrong image. Any idea what’s happening.

Did you use the same title before? Search your site to see if the same title is being used. It could even be an image that was deleted. The system has a memory.

I also have a suggestion, Some of your cover images for your collections are blocky. It's best to select a logo image, the same or a different one.. They need to be refreshed.

Looks like you might have the same title 4 times. When I click on your image and look at the url I see a 4 in front of the title...that's the tipoff that your title has been repeated.

That same title thing is murder. Even if you change it, it can mess up all the others with the same name. I had to change all the names of all the images just to untangle it all. The name sticks in the cache on the site. All because I messed up that one time.

All I know is that, the double name thing will haunt you. Long after you think the names are changed. Erase the old, replace it with a new different image with the same name and the ghost of the other picture will come back some how.

Always search a title in your gallery before you name your image to make sure it's unique.

We apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced with this.

We recommend only having one tab open when using our site to avoid any potential issues. If you have encountered double images or changes as a result of having multiple tabs open, we recommend clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

The other reason that can cause this is editing an image and not changing the file name before uploading. If this is the case, please create a copy of the image but change the filename before uploading

Do not forget that search pages can take up to 48 hours to update with any changes.
