DAY 38...something quick and easy tonight

Springs First Light In The Garden Fractal Abstract Mandala

Springs First Light In The Garden Fractal Abstract Mandala. This delicate and beautiful work of art started out as a fractal that was then digitally turned into a mandala/kaleidoscope and lastly an "under glass" effect was added to the center. It features bright colors of yellow, gold, orange, violet, coral and purple on a black background.

I know I posted yesterday's picture late last night, but today is going to be busy -- I'm getting my vaccine today -- woohoo! So I did some quick photo editing and uploaded this piece, so I'm not having to do it at 11 p.m. tonight! LOL

Day 38, Snoqualmie Valley Diptych- A work in Progress (2 paintings) 9 x 24 By Lori Pittenger

bit off more than I could chew today and unfortunately the paint is too thick and wet to fine tune the details, So my day 38 will have to be a considered a work in progress that I will most likely finish after the challenge has ended.

Ohhh, thank you SO much Abbie for such a beautiful certificate…I love the “starstuff” framing the effort…as I suspected, SO ELEGANT! Thank you. It was a privilege to participate alongside fellow artists in what developed into a sort of pilgrimage for me. You lead us all to ever greater aesthetic opportunities.
Gratefully,
Laurel
P.S. I have a new iPad coming in a couple of weeks …perhaps this will allow more technical capability..:-)
