Hiding Images In A Collection

Hi everyone! I'm trying to figure out a few things
1. how I can hide images in my collection I don't want to share nor make available for purchase at this moment how can I do that?
2. how do I get the discover button option off my premium site?
3. how do I change the so many options available under each tab on my site?

You can't hide images in a collection. You need to create a collection and then password protect it to make the entire collection private.

You can't remove the discover button...it just goes to your collection page.

Sorry but I don't understand the third question.

If you remove all the prices and make sure there is nothing, not even a zero, does it show up at all? I know it can not be bought but does it show up or would that be like hiding it?

What do you want to accomplish by hiding them? The purpose of posting here is to have them available for sale. If you don't want them to be seen, don't post them.

Floyd I think you can still see those images with no pricing but could you not put them in a password protected gallery?

Although I do have a private gallery/collection, I have to agree with Doug - what's the oint of uploading if you don't want anyone to see?

I sometimes make a picture to describe a problem or a fault
I am having ... obviously I am not selling that picture but I
need somewhere to upload it so that I can then upload it into
a discussion or so! It needs to be private to the public, yet
accessible in the Discussion Tab?

Of course you may hide images in collections

If you'd prefer that your images and products not appear for sale on FAA / Pixels, you can hide your images by putting them in a password-protected collection. To do this:

1. Log into your account on either Fine Art America or Pixels.com (it doesn't matter which)
2. Go to your profile page where you'll see that the word "images" is underlined. The option next to it is "collections". Choose "collections" and from that page, start a new collection
3. Name it whatever you'd like, just remember to password-protect it, move all of your images into it, and click the blue "submit" arrow to save it.

Remember that whenever you add new images through our app or on our site, if you want those to be hidden as well, you'll need to add them to your password-protected collection. Note that when you're logged into your own account on our sites, you'll be able to see your images, but no one who isn't logged into your account will be able to see them as long as they remain in your password-protected collection.

If you choose not to sell something, leave the space for markup totally blank. Not even a space.

You cannot choose between canvas, metal, acrylic, framed or paper prints etc. Only the products or all the prints

Search pages (such as particular product searches) take 24 hours after the prices added to be shown

Use DEFAULT SETTINGS to change pricing for future images
Use BULK IMAGE EDIT for existing images or
EDIT IMAGE for singles

search pages (so tabs also) will take up to 48 hours to disappear from customers views

thanks for all the responses.... there are some images that I uploaded to the site to see what the products would like like and want to offer them later on along the line to my clients since I have my .com routed to this site right now there are too many images/product that make it less user friendly & overwhelming to my clients as they are trying to understand the site and the products. I was trying to see if there was a way to hide the album with the password & it not show to clients as a hidden collection/image but it still pops up which gives the clients confusing. As far as the options thanks there are some images I upload just for children and some that are just for adults as Im a designer...Once again thanks for the positive feedback!

No you can't hide the private collection but the images in it are hidden.

It's not confusing. Just label it Private - Title and put it at the end of your collections
