You could use Photoshop (or some other image edit program) and manually edit the advertisement; it's the only way to get truly customized instagram image / advertisement. However I personally wouldn't take the time to edit very many images, maybe a few - I might use this technique for twitter and maybe facebook, the instagram image pixels generates is very good quality 800x800px. Also, I started using twitter after not looking at it for 2 years and noticed that the automated tweets generated from pixels does not link to my artist website and the tweet also contains a click through to the main pixels web site - I deleted all my tweets, disabled the pixels twitter function and now enter everything manually.
