Product Replacement.

How long does it take to process a replacement for a damaged order? I was told on December 5t that it would be reordered and updated on that order but have not heard anything yet. I also emailed customer service yesterday and have not head back. This order was for one of my customers who ordered it as a Christmas gift and according to an earlier promotion email last day for shipment in time for Christmas deliveries by regular delivery was December 11th.

Email from FAA on December 5th:
"Thank you for sending the photos.
I just requested a replacement and once it's done I will send you an update.
Tifany"

You need to contact customer support again and someone will contact you.

FAA/Pixels has been inundated with sales and the printers are doing their utmost to get everything shipped out in time.

Contact Tifany again and ask for an update

Abbie, I will do that again, I posted here in frustration because I have emailed her requesting an update and have not heard back from her.

Something else that bothered about the order is one mug came with Society6 Logo printed on the bottom. If it were for me no big deal but it is for one of my customers. The bottom should not be printed or at least have FAA or Pixels logo not the Society6 logo.
