Pinning Product Problems From Pixels & Faa

Still trying to figure out what the problem is pinning from accounts to Pinterest.

When I pin a product image from my FAA account or Pixels account the product images are not the same as what is shown for the image on FAA/Pixels.
Any suggestions??

here's an example - when I pin this the image it pins the upper part of the image instead of the one I adjusted in FAA/Pixels (the lower part)
I wanted to show the lower part for some products.

I am sorry, I was on my annual family break.

Without talking to our developer right now, I would say this is probably how the script on that page reads the image sent. There is nothing we can do right at this present time but I have passed it on

I haven't heard back from anyone on this after receiving an email from technical support several weeks ago.

When adding a pin (product) to Pinterest it doesn't look like the image from the FAA page - FAA hasn't updated their coding for this??
Not sure why this would be so hard for coding as each image should look like what the artist or customer would like to see using the image size slider bar etc., to achieve the look they like on the product then to share via FB Twitter or Pinterest...for sales, exposure etc.,

It looks likes all products need to have an additional image uploaded made per FAA template etc., in order for a person to post a pin to Pinterest and then that image would look exactly as the product was intended to look like when the artist (me) intended it to look like - size, cropping etc.,
But the problem is that whatever a client or artist sees on the screen will not be replicated unless the template is used.

So deleting products is that the answer ????????.......There are so many .....~variations~..... of products with cropping for pillows, bags etc., ....is 1 template enough.....???
Creating templates for all products ....and only 1 template per product.....???
What to do.....delete all products .......??? with the exception of prints/canvas etc., no pillows, bags, yoga mats .....

Need an answer please ;)
