Shopify App -- Customer Service
If there is a quality issue for an item that a customer orders via Shopify (via the Pixels Shopify app), who is on the line for quality issues?
For example, a customer tells me that their print arrived with a crease, or something along those lines.
I know in the case of Printful or other Shopify fulfillment companies, Printful will replace the item once it's been determined that there was a problem with item production or shipping protection.
Is that also the case with Pixels/FAA?
