Spiral Notebook Glitch?

It takes 24 hrs+ to show in searches

Abbie, the notebooks are not selling on FAA they are on Pixels,. but on the edit page they don't say Pixels.

I have the same problem, on my Artist website the category Spiral notebooks appear under Stationery along with greeting cards but when spiral notebooks are selected I get "No Matches" If I then click on collections and change to "All" I see the notebooks but if I click on a thumbnail I get "No Matches" again. On Pixels the category spiral notebooks doesn't appear at all on my shop page so it's impossible to find them. I've set pricing for both on Pixels and my artist shop yesterday The strange this is that on my artist shop a few notebooks appear in certain collections whilst other collections show "No Matches".

Any ideas on this please, i'm completely baffled by this, Bulk images prices and default prices identical and set to same on both Pixels and my artist website. I've had similar problems before when Pixels launch a new product and it's a real headache.

Pricing area doesn't say these are pixel products.

The problem now seems resolved on my artist website but still no category for notebooks on my shop on Pixels as of yet.

I put the prices in for notebooks for all my photos. But still on pixels some notebooks aren't showing up for some of the photos. I put in prices 2 days ago.

I'm new here, just realized they have the notebooks and have the same problem with it not showing up. Yet to know about Pixels.
