Sponsoring 5 Faa Memberships!
I've had a good year with art sales, and I'd like to share my gratitude by sponsoring 5 FAA print artists for paid memberships for one year!
You may nominate yourself, or feel free to share this thread with an FAA artist you think is deserving but doesn't post regularly here in the forum. I will choose 5 recipients from the FAA profile links in this thread, based on artistic merit and quality (my discretion), and the following criteria.
1. Nominee must have a PayPal account to receive sponsorship funds.
2. Nominee must have been a free or paid member with an active gallery of images on FAA for at least six months (May 1. 2017 or before).
3. Nominee's artwork must be high resolution, printable work, have reasonable titles, descriptions, and keywords, and their profile must be complete, including artist picture and bio.
4. Nominee must offer prints of their work. Artists selling only originals, or only merchandise, will not be considered.
5. To nominate yourself or someone else, post ONLY the FAA profile address here in this thread. No images, no explanations. Just the link.
If you don't follow the rules, I won't consider you a candidate for sponsorship. No exceptions.
Comments on this thread are fine, but any nominees posting personal stories or images here will not be considered.
Don't message or email me with questions about this or personal stories. I only want to base this on artistic merit, and a willingness to do the work required to sell online successfully. It would be ideal if this sponsorship went to someone who otherwise might not invest in themselves.
I'll close the thread on November 30, 2017. After that point no additional nominees will be considered.
I'll announce the sponsorships and make arrangements for funds transfer ($35 US per sponsorship) on December 8, 2017.
