Email Campaign Not Working

Yes, I noticed that a couple hours ago ... on premium and it's not an option on Pixels BTS dashboard.

Hope it comes back soon, as I have to work on my daily email for tomorrow. ....

Mine is missing, too.

I am sorry but the email campaigns are now offline for a while. This is due to spammers using them. It is the reason people are not getting support ticket answers and passwords.

By the way, Abbie, when I last checked my stats before the email campaign tool went disabled, the list I sent with today had a low open rate like 7% after two hours from sent.. That list is usually at a 34% open rate within two hours. FYI.

.. if you're saying that spammers are using the campaign tool system, then is the sending address being tagged as a spam address now, yes?

Had one spammer, and almost deleted another that wasn't a spammer, thinking it was.

Researched them and one appeared legit.
Requested larger image for a major upcoming project.
Fortunately that one made it through and will be happening.

Hope the problem is solved quickly, and we are all informed!!

The only people who sign up for my newsletter are spammers. I have like four real people and all the rest are spammers (no exaggeration).

I don't recall any spammers joining my email list, but I do know if you want people to sign up that you have to post the invite all over the place.

I wish we had a warning. I would have copied my list. I know I have new ones that have been added. I wanted to announce a show in my newsletter.

Just got a new subscriber too. Guess it is time to try an email program like Mailchimp.

I've used MailChimp before and found a better alternative with BenchmarkEmail.com Pricing is about the same. When you sign up they send you some really meaningful emails on how to build your list and how to best use content in your mails.

Once we get the email campaign tool back I will leverage it to inspire my subscribers to sign up to the Benchmark list. This will keep the response high and the cost low, as only highly interested folks will be on the Benchmark list.

As an alternate mail list program I use Dada mail, that is hosted on my web site host. It is free but has some limits. After using it for several years I'm about to move to Pro Dada.
