Why Are My Images Showing That They Are Free?

Hi Terry, someone else had the same problem the other day with one of his images. It is being looked into.
As you can see it isn't happening with every image:

We've been told for years not to enter zero in the price forms, now you're saying that doesn't matter because the system won't accept it?

These are works that HAVE prices in them and are showing 0 on the previews

You are talking about at pricing level, not at preview level

Besides its not technically a pricing form. You are entering your profit margin. If you put a ZERO in the box, the item would still have a price, just not a profit margin for you.

I only mentioned it because usually there is a fairly instant reply saying it had been seen and would be dealt with in due course, or words to that effect and this time it didn't happen. It made me wonder if there was another glitch in the system that hadn't been spotted. Glad to know there isn't.
I'll leave you in peace now as I know you have a busy schedule.

often 1 single card is zero, when your not selling the single card, but the group. for posters, i don't know why it does that. seems random. it should attract some attention though...

Just saw this as well when I added a photo to one of the discussions. I actually added 2 photos (color and b&W) and one shows 0, and the other shows the correct amount under the image.
