I have send this question to FAA already a few days ago but no response.
I sold something last weekend for the first time but didn't get any notification via e-mail.
I noticed it because someone commented on the work.
Can I enable this somehow or is this not possible?

The emails are sent out as soon as a sale is made so must have ended up in your spam folder or your email provider has blocked - at - fineartamerica.com
You can see all sales in your Behind the Scenes / SALES area and the BALANCE area to see payments and money owed
Rob, there are problems with some email programs blocking notifications. If you want to receive them all then I suggest you open a Gmail account if you don't already have one.
many of the sites that block things, don't block all of it. just enough to be really annoying. you'll get some of it, but not all of it. like you may get a forum comment, but not the sale notice or the comment from a visitor. best to change it to gmail.
Who Cares,,I would prefer the Big Surprise anyways! Is it really the worst thing in the world that someone forgot to tell you about a sale of one of your image?
can that be added to the bugs list though. there has to be another way to send mail from this place, or something, where the customer and artist gets the mail that was sent.
This is the first time I did not receive an email. On a sale yesterday either. This is the first time for me but not a big deal as I view the sales page once a week or so. But it did not come through and is not in spam.
A GOOD problem! As I mentioned, did receive the FAA email from a few friends, on the sale, but no email and I still don't see their comments on my "activity stream", which is where I usually see those comments.....
