Help

Any clues as to why this has happened?
I changed a 3800x5100 image from horizontal to vertical and the only size available to print is now 6"x10"
I have lost all the other size options AND lost the client.
She just left.
I'd like to save this order somehow, but need help.
Thanks in advance ;)

you'll have to reprice it i think. rotating it might have messed up the prices too?

Marlene,

Did you upload a new image or rotate the old image? Is it possible that you uploaded a "thumbnail" by mistake? I can't see how rotating an image would reduce the total file size?

I'm wondering, can't the customer just turn the print from vertical to horizontal?

Edit:

I meant from horizontal to vertical

Rich I thought of that, but I checked and I have uploaded the vertical image 4 times now and only the smallest size is available.
Roger, faa/pixels has no place to add special instructions.
This piece will be a metal print and needs the hanger on the back to be consistent with that direction.
Worst part is that this was for an interior designer who was buying something to test out the product :(

Where's the original file for that image?
