A couple months ago I looked for how to go back to a free account. I am battling stage 3 cancer & can't deal with art right now. I followed the instructions & thought I had done what was needed. Obviously the information I received was not adequate, as I just saw a charge on my card last month. (Yes, I'm not on top of things right now. I have to have assistance with daily tasks.) I've never had any sales. Can I get a refund of the charge & be put back on the free account?
