Mug Image Is On Each Side, Can A Product Image Be Rotated?

If its a bestseller already then I wouldn't want to change it!

You can upload a special image just for that product.

On the edit page of the image scroll down to the mug and see 'customize product' click on that and then see a tab that says image click on image and then you can upload your image just for the mug

If your images do not work well as-is when you load them, you can create customised images ready to add to the work

1. Create the customised image in your editor
2. Upload or edit your main print image
3. Scroll down to the product areas
4. See Customise and Image
5. Click image to load your customised image shaped for the product
6. SUBMIT

I think that Diane is complaining about how the mug is being displayed, not how her image fits on the mug.

Yes David but if she uses the template she can show it both sides, or the other side

You can rotate some products, but not the graphic as far as I know. Like the phone can be made vertical etc. But if your image is the wrong direction you have to correct for that.

I also don't think you can have the image on both sides unless you follow the template and create a banner shape that has the image on both sides. A bit of a pain but, it is what it is. The site is mostly set up for prints, so things like adding more than one image on something, we don't have that. Yet. Unless we do, and we weren't told, there are at times easter eggs on the site.

David is right. I am trying to get my MCM Mug to display from another angle. I get the bit about creating art to fit the template. That is what I did so the art fits the wrap around with an image on each side of the mug. What about a display mode for the product? Can I add a in situ image to display the mug so you can read it?

Yes exactly as i said

Use a template to the size i gave you
Fit the image where you want it!

So you want to know how to change the view point to see all sides? I think there is a 3d model people can spin it around, but for stills, you get what you get.
