Designerprints .com Is Showing A Mug That I Do Not Sell.

I am seeing 2 mugs in your Designer shop. The same 2 mugs that you are selling on FAA

Maybe you should clear your cache, as well as the site cache.

Today I am seeing that the Designerprints.com site has not updated. 🤦‍♀️ I have cleared my caches ad nauseam, in multiple ways, Googled the many ways I can clear cache and cookies.
~~~ I still see:
• A mug I don't sell as a category icon. ( I Really Dont want this image on my collections(!)

• Two mugs on that link - one Mug that leads to a "not found" page.

• When I try to use Firefox instead of Safari I get lines of gibberish text next to my search icon.

How do I reach out to someone that can correct these errors on my page?

How do I tell my customer that wants to order mugs how he searches for the ones I created yesterday on Designerprints.com?

I just went to your Designer Prints page and did not see that mug under wall art or when I filtered for mugs. I do see 13 mugs on DP, but not that one.

DP is a vetted program. I wouldn't advertise it unless that customer is willing to go through the process or is already a DP customer.

To see just Mugs, use your filters on the left side of the screen when you are in Shop...

Yes, my customer is a previous wholesale client with an established account with DP. He’s waiting on me. I cannot see what he sees apparently… really pulling my hair out at this point. When I follow the steps that you outlined for me, all I see, is one mug, mid century modern panorama, coffee mug. Gaaa!

Did you also clear the site cache, not just your computer cache? You can clear site data and cookies in the browser

Whoops...I just found the mug you are talking about.

It shows up under "Shop" when you are in the Department Filter for "Wall Art." When I go in that way, I see one mug for sale, but it shows up twice with two different prices.

Have you tried to do a bulk edit? Sometimes that will correct glitches in the system.
I would Bulk Edit Prices and remove all the mugs that you have for sale.
Then Bulk Edit Prices again to put back just the ones you want.

I know it sounds a little crazy, but it has worked for people in the past.

My view has completely changed since the last time I went to your DP. Maybe it updated. I do see that coffee mug pic but it's not for sale.

I still see the Folded Plate Roof MCM mug - twice - priced for $16 & $17

What is also weird (on DP) is that if I select a wall art image that I know has a matching mug the mug is there. But there is only one mug in the category. And the Category icon is an image that I deleted 5 years ago.

Hot Diggity! It just refreshed with all my mugs, more weirdism though. It has a new Mug Icon for the category - Still not a mug that I designed! But at least I can point my client to the page without him getting totally lost. A step in the right direction. Thank you to the powers that be... whoever you are.
