This sounds similar to the problem I've been having since March regarding Premium membership payment. I'm using the same address that my bank/CC has on file but I'm still told that something is not right. They say my billing address is wrong. I've been paying this by CC for 11 years, but last year I got a new CC and have a new address. I have changed my contact info with FAA but that doesn't help.
My bank says everything is fine on their end, and my address is correct. FAA tells me they only see "declined" on their end. I don't know what else to do. I made the mistake of asking to have my previous premium membership details removed, thinking this would remove the old address on file. Now I can't upload any images. I asked for help but they say they can do nothing. I asked to speak to someone else but that's on deaf ears.
Does anyone know what I can do? I'm not putting in incorrect info and I'm not using a prepaid card. I use my CC every day, I make monthly payments on CC and my balance is not above the limit. I change all information and recheck before sending it. Nothing works. Someone said to change my CC again, but that is not going to help when there is a billing address somewhere that I can't change.
Paying for Premium membership by PayPal or with debit should be options, too.
