Help With Pixels Payment Info

Hello everyone!

I am having such difficulty trying to get Pixels to take my payment information. There's this form that requires your payment info to be on file for when you have a sale. Well, I have made 10 or more attempts over the past couple of weeks trying to get my credit card information on file with them. I have used multiple debit and credit cards and none are taking.

Each time I receive this message:
OOPS... SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
This transaction cannot be processed.

All of my forms of payment are in good standing and I have no issues with them anywhere else. I contacted Pixels customer support about this and they were absolutely no help. They just said sorry and all we see is declined. I asked to speak to someone else and was never referred. I use Pixels because I like that I offer my greeting cards in bulk. Now, with the holidays essentially here, I need to make sure my orders are going to process successfully.

I'm hoping that when I get a sale that it will allow me to input everything then, but there is no guarantee.

Do any of you have any ideas or recommendations as to what I might be able to do? Do we have an actual phone number to call? Have any of you experienced this?

I'd try a new browser, disable any script blocking stuff or ad removers. That may mess something up.

Hi Justin, if I may only add something, to pay you the sales they use only PayPal, so it's that information that you need to add in the form.

In settings: Premium Features is for payment of yearly membership with your credit card.

In order to get paid you have to give your PayPal address. Go to your settings and scroll down to Payment Information and put in your Papal address.

Thank you for your responses. I'm still having a lot of difficulty. I have a Premium Membership. I should also say that I am using Pixel's app to place items in my Shopify store. They upload into my store beautifully, but the app is declining my CC information. I have PayPal here on Fine Art America, but the app that is connected to my Shopify store requires a CC to be on file. I hope this clarifies some things. :)

 

Most of us here do not use Shopify, so I'm not sure we can help. This may be something you need to ask Abbie.

The only other thing to do is make sure your contact information area here on this side of things matches the Shopify billing information

Sounds strange but that can help

Also, another weird thing, try a different browser

Finally, make sure it's not a prepaid visa

Other than the usual make sure every detail matches, add every detail each time even if already filled out...

All it says here (for security) is 'declined' if a card doesn't go through

This sounds similar to the problem I've been having since March regarding Premium membership payment. I'm using the same address that my bank/CC has on file but I'm still told that something is not right. They say my billing address is wrong. I've been paying this by CC for 11 years, but last year I got a new CC and have a new address. I have changed my contact info with FAA but that doesn't help.

My bank says everything is fine on their end, and my address is correct. FAA tells me they only see "declined" on their end. I don't know what else to do. I made the mistake of asking to have my previous premium membership details removed, thinking this would remove the old address on file. Now I can't upload any images. I asked for help but they say they can do nothing. I asked to speak to someone else but that's on deaf ears.

Does anyone know what I can do? I'm not putting in incorrect info and I'm not using a prepaid card. I use my CC every day, I make monthly payments on CC and my balance is not above the limit. I change all information and recheck before sending it. Nothing works. Someone said to change my CC again, but that is not going to help when there is a billing address somewhere that I can't change.

Paying for Premium membership by PayPal or with debit should be options, too.
