Day 7
I did it! Yay! I survived my first Challenge! ;)
Worked for almost two full hours on a completely different concept this morning -- The Dead Petals Society -- you may yet see that one -- and just couldn't get it pulled together. So I decided to pull out one of the photos I took at the supermarket where I work of the pumpkins, and see what I could do with that. What was that, Matthias? Use the Deep Dream generator? Why yes, thanks, I think I will! Then I brought it back into my image generator and made the altered image only cover part of the original image, to give the illusion of the change spreading out from the middle. I'm not sure if I got it sharp enough -- I hope you can see what I was trying to do.
Anyway, LOVED doing this!
EDIT: Decided I wasn't entirely happy with it, so I went back, edited a little more, and reuploaded it. It doesn't seem to showing the changes yet, but it will. :)
By the way, because the insanity really is contagious, I decided to go back and try to do Challenge 12, just because, even though I missed it when it was going on. I know it won't count towards getting me into the CAC, but I'd still love to hear your comments -- all the pictures are in a collection just like my Challenge 13 pictures.
