This picnic area is located in a park in Cayucos, California. It is usually very heavily used with families with lots of kids and parents BBQing hotdogs and hamburgers.

Cayucos is a census-designated place located on the coast in San Luis Obispo County, California along California State Route 1 between Cambria to the north and Morro Bay to the south. The population was 2,592 at the 2010 census, down from 2,943 at the 2000 census.

Cayucos is just north of Morro Bay and is nearing California's very popular Hears Castle located in San Simeon just up the coast on famous Highway 1.

My wife and I show our art in this tasting room and every time we sell something we have to replace it. Everytime we do, we have a bottle of our favorite wine to celebrate. We are literally drinking up the profits!! lol

Los Olivos is located in the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County. It is one of the famous wine tastings stops in the Central Coast of California that has become world famous for its fine wines and tasting rooms.

Not your typical 'happy hour' drink, but it was the only drink related illustration I have here!!

I don't know if anyone in France has ever introduced "happy hours" for wine, but I will believe that it occurred to someone. This story with a rooster-sommelier occurred to me again, when a few years ago my husband and I put a rooster in a wine oven in the evening and let it bake there all night. Every time I dig up this drawing, I remember the rooster in the wine. It was luxurious!
