Default Settings Not Consistent

I have my default print sizes set where the shopper can choose natural, vertical, or horizontal.
When I shop logged in to FAA under my own name, all is well. When I log out and shop as as random customer, only the natural selections are offered.
Why is this happening?

There is a drop down list for other cropped sizes.. If it's not consistent then you need to do a bulk edit of your images. In Bulk Editing, select all your images and then select the box for General Image Settings

Hello Blaine,

My spot check shows that it looks like your older images so have the natural, vertical or horizontal choices but starting with Pathway to Wonderland (assuming your images are in date order), only natural shows on your more current images.

If Jessica's solution solves the problem, also double check your default settings to make sure they still correct for future uploads/

Good luck.

Thank you.

I checked "allow cropping" in Bulk Editing and now the sites displays all three options.
