An Idea For Promotion...

...with each sale item, attach or include the artist name with the sale. If the item is in a frame or on canvas, attach a sticker on the back with the name of the artwork and the artist name. If it is not easily attached, include something with that information with the item. This way if a customer decides to buy something else, that info.is readily available to them.

Buyers are aware of whose art they're buying. It's on their invoice.

there are some stores that do that, but it adds a step, and would cost more. there should be a buyer option to purchase a small brass sign that says who made it, but titles can look weird, i know mine do, so that would look out of place too. stickers fall right off. i sign all my work carefully.

The buyers do not belong to you. They belong to FAA they are not going to do anything that promotes you, the individual artists as much as they are going to promote FAA in general.

You will be much better off just worrying about promoting your own art, promoting you and not trying to get FAA to do it for you. They are not going to do that until you become one of their top sellers.

You have been there ten years, you should know that already. It has been that way for all of the eight years I have been here. I don't see that changing.

I bet FAA is doing something that is generic promoting FAA. To customize stickers for what ever percentage of 500,000 artist that make a sale any given day, week, month is not going to be cost effective.

How much would you be willing to pay for the additional cost of doing that? Just curious.

As mentioned above... sign every image you upload with a legible signature and that pretty much accomplishes the same thing.
