Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding my account, I am not getting email alerts on sales, and I’m not getting my weekly report either.

I haven’t heard back in three attempts to contact.

You can also check behind the scenes for sales. This happens quite often so no need to contact FAA. Emails and notifications are spotty.

We send out emails as normal, but it may end up in a spam folder or some email providers block some of our servers (different emails go from different servers).

Add to your email contacts and normally that helps them get through.

If you are not getting email answers to tickets, then you are blocking us
