Contest Voting Rules Are Changed Without Host Involvement

Hi
I host three groups. This is the second contest that I've created where the rules for voting have been changed without my involvement. I set the voting to unlimited number of votes and now it is vote for one image and only one image. Is there something that makes this happen?

This is the second occurrence of this within the last week or so. Can you explain how this happens? Has anyone else reported this?

Thanks,
Marilyn Cornwell

Hi Marilyn, I saw two of your contests currently open. And they both say only one vote per image, but you may vote for as many images as you want.

I am seeing: You may vote for one image... and one image only.

Hi Joy,
Thanks for your note.

As far as I know there is one contest open for voting: In the All Glorious Gardens Statue contest, I am only able to vote for one image. Have you been able to vote for multiple images in this contest?

The Surfaces and Textures Rust Challenge is still open for submissions.
The Welcome Fine Artists Challenge is still open for submissions

Thanks,
Marilyn

This one says: You may vote for one image... and one image only.

It won't let you vote more more than 1 image in this contest

Is there somewhere that one can submit a ticket for a deficiency? I don't see a reply from a FAA representative.

Thanks for the help,
Marilyn

Nobody has changed your voting. It looks like this was as set when the contest started

Abbie,
Thanks for replying - the question is asking whether there is a system bug that causes this rather than whether someone else can get in and change the voting rules.

I am expecting there might be a system deficiency to watch out for as I didn't set it to one vote but to unlimited voting. So finding out if there are other reports of this is a step in finding a possible answer.

And also, how do I report possible deficiencies - is it here?

Thanks,
Marilyn
