"page Not Found" On All Order Pages

Why are you not found on FAA? Maybe you have another page here?

I think I am not found on FAA because I have not uploaded more than 2 images so far.

When did you join FAA? You also need an avatar to be found! Even if you are not in the search yet I should be able to click on your avatar here and go to your site.

The problem has something to do with the setup for my custom domain name I think.
When I go to http://caribbeansea.co/featured/bare-of-all-but-light-caribbean-sea.html?product=metal-print I get the 404 page not found error, but
When I go to http://pixels.com/featured/bare-of-all-but-light-caribbean-sea.html?product=metal-print I get the product page that is supposed to show up under my own domain.

I have checked and double checked that I have followed the correct instructions for pointing my custom domain name to Pixels servers. What is going wrong??

Not your custom domain. I couldn't guess what it is. I think you're going to have to wait for technical support (Abbie) to sort this out.

And the same thing happens there if I click on any of the products.

For example, I went to this image: https://9-peter-thompson.pixels.com/featured/bare-of-all-but-light-caribbean-sea.html and clicked canvas print and was booted to 404

I actually shouted at them earlier today, funnily enough

I will shout even louder until this is fixed

I'm having the same problem.
Been that way since day one of getting the Premium account over a month ago.
Sent an email about this to Contact Us and apparently there is no Us since I never got a response.

Wow! Still not fixed?!

Yeah, I see what you 2 are talking about. The images are there, and the product thumbnails are there, but when you click on the product it says page not found. Strange. Could it have been a website error that happened at the same time you and Kenneth set up your pages? Have you tried other internet browsers to see if you get the same issue?

You both have an error on the FAA side of things

I have asked Sean to look at this again

I am also giving you both a refund for this year

Thanks Abbie and the refund is unnecessary.
It works on the other part and the Shop tab I've set up in Wordpress works fine.

The site is still under construction so I'm not concerned at all.

Now, if I was getting hundreds of emails a day from potential customers complaining they can't buy my stuff, we could talk refund...
