Question About 2019 Sales Announcement Thread

When I post to this thread, https://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=4506723 , it takes FOREVER to load - like several minutes when everything else I do, whether at FAA or on other sites, takes seconds.
Questions:
1) Has anyone else noticed this?
2) If you have, could it be because the thread is sooooo long? (almost 14,000 replies, virtually all of which have links included).

Please no comments like "I should be so lucky as to have a sale" . . . just responses to my questions :)

No, I haven't noticed any kind of lag, Nikolyn. Seems the same as posting on other threads. It is an awfully long thread though and I can see why it might happen so now that I think about it, I wonder why it doesn't happen to me.

Loads in an instant for me --> it may be your internet download speed. That said, even though the thread is long it is mitigated somewhat by the big skip. The thread will load a little slower than some others because the replies contain images.
