Premium Account
On 22 june I've paid 30$ to get a premium account. For a problem of FAA's system I didn't get the premium account. I wrote to the support, first Abbie told me that they can't refund me (I don't know why...), then, in july, Alex told me that there was a technical problem, and they would have informed me when fixed the problem. I wrote again to the support, one or two emails, asking to refund me, no one answerd me.
I think this way of working is not serious and not professional. I work for a software house: if an our customer doesn't get what he paid for, the first thing for us is to refund him.
So, it's not a problem for the 30$, but I was very disappointment, and sure I'll advice against become a member of FAA.
