Only doing POD now but used to use U-line.

I took the survey; I save boxes, packing materials, etc. and make my own shipping containers. I have never purchased boxes.

I don't ship directly much anymore. Mainly as gifts. That's the beauty of POD - worth every penny of membership. I used to ship almost daily when I ran an eBay store and it was a pain, both packing and the daily drive to the post office. These days shipping a few framed pieces is relatively easy as I reuse the boxes the frames were shipped in. No cost and less wasteful. I don't miss the eBay days at all!

I just completed your survey. It seems to me you want to get into the box set making business.

My watercolors sell an average of 3 paintings a week.
I've got all my shipping simplified. 2 package sizes, free priority mail envelope or tube will fit all my size watercolors.
The USPS can be scheduled to pick up right from my front door! So easy!

I expect your ready to go boxes would be very desirable for breakables, framed and stretched canvases. Good luck!

I did it too, it is very hard to box up my art and design the perfect box.

Thank you all so much for taking the survey, as well as your in put. I hate making my own boxes and I refuse to pay crazy money for them. There just has to be a better way!!! Myself and two other investors are working to put something together. I'm the one with the idea, and I'm the artist to haha, so they expect me to just let them know when I know what we need and want. It's not as easy as it seems...
