Yeshecia, I wish I had the answer to that. Perhaps, first you have to create art that people will want to hang on there wall, to look at and enjoy. I'm not commenting on your work - it has a certain nice naivete quality to it. Then you have to target your market - you seem to be into religious art - that's your goal - so you have to present it to folks that are interested in the genre of art. By the way - it is easier to sell art in person than to sell it on the internet - it requires a lot of marketing to get the right people to see your work - and you must do that - FAA/Pixels doesn't do it for you - they simply fulfill the orders with quality prints.

I have just one suggestion for your art that you have uploaded - there are several works that need to be turned so that they are upright. that has to be done before you upload them. You need to turn them in your computer, save them turned the correct way, then upload them. IF you are going to just turn them and replace the ones you have on here - you need to rename it before putting the new image in it's place.

Hope this has been some help. rd

Yeschecia,

People might get interested in my work because it is different. I certainly get the views.

But finding the buyers is another matter.

I made arrangements to hang a work for the first time today in a brick and mortar location. Wish me luck.

This work struck the owner of the shop. It is really a different concept piece.

Consistency, quality and the ability to connect with a specific audience.

Art Buyers, or Buyers of Art, are of infinite variety, and ever changing, connecting with the right group is paramount. If you want to reach specific buyers, you have to produce specific artwork that "speaks" to those buyers.

You have to give something to your audience, a reason to want your art, a reason to care about you and what you create.

Developing a style that resonates with the general public is tricky, developing a niche is a lot easier.

having a large selection of consistent quality work, getting your name known for it, and always making new things. you need a lot more keywords. no one will find you if you type - bird and beach. or rose and hand. that has to be filled in as much as you can. types of flower, color of hand, etc. it all makes a difference. you want good descriptions, and scans of your work. some of it was a bit soft up close. you can't just upload and run. only having 131 views over a whole year, tells me you didn't tell anyone you sell anything here.

your bio should be about your work, not your skills from kindergarten. save that for later. tell people what you specialize in.

and don't post things sideways, always edit them so they are upright, and again - more keywords than just PRAISE. and you'll want to charge more for the original, underselling yourself doesn't make you sell more. and like the others, this is a bit soft up close. you want a nice clean image up close.
