Looking For A Triptych Of The Los Angeles Skyline For A Client

I have a client who is looking for a triptych of the LOS ANGELES SKYLINE. They would like it in large format and it doesn't matter if it's black and white or color. The wall they would like this print on is roughly15 ft wide and 20 ft tall.

If you have anything like this in your portfolio or know of an artist please let me know. Thanks so much!

Looking for the LA skyline probably easy enough. Are they looking for a photograph? I'd guess a triptych might limit you to having it commissioned. I could paint one and many others might be willing to do so.

Cutting up a single image and printing it as a triptych is a potential, a panorama perhaps cut into 3 pieces could do the trick. Is a vertical or horizontal triptych preferred?. You could go either way given the wall.

What is the budget? A painting that size would be much more costly that a print on canvas for instance.

Have you tried the search?

I am not sure if FineArtAmerica can make such big formats.

Have a look on these... If your client like one, I can slice it in 3 parts to make a triptych.

Hello. I can turn these pieces into triptychs.

They are already pretty large but I can recreate them larger if need be.

I suggest you have the prospective client do a search on "Los Angeles Skyline". Once he falls in love with someone's work, he can contact the artist to see whether something can be worked out. It could be a triptych of three completely different images that look great together. Or maybe the artist can do what Angelina is offering to do and create a larger size (if the piece was created in such a way as to make this possible without a quality compromise). If the potential buyer finds something he or she absolutely loves and the artist is at a loss, maybe you can suggest that the artist come here to the main forum to ask for advice for suggestions on ways to accommodate.

Nikki, the client has asked me to help them with this, so I am. I know what they want and thus far FAA does not do triptychs. I am in contact with several artists and we're strategizing on how to get my client what they want.

Sounds as if you have it under control and the client has a good "agent" and friend working for them. Good luck in your search - I'm sure the end result will be worth the effort.

Thanks, Angelina. Nice work, but, my client does not want text or digital art. They are looking for a photograph of the city skyline.

They're good clients and the least I can do is take a few moments to look at photos and then make some suggestions, Nikki. Ha! Guess I am an "agent" of sorts!

I am going to close this thread. I have convinced my client to forego the idea of a triptych and to go with a metal print of the Los Angeles Skyline. Now to find on BIG enough!

Thanks to those who emailed me privately and to those who commented here!
