Back Home

After one and half year of traveling is strange to be back home.After 15 months in New Zealand and Australia and 3 more in SE asia is great to se my family and friends again, But to be honest, I am bit sad, that it is over. Of course it wasn´t easy all the time, sometimes I felt angry, tired, sick, but the great moments and good times I experienced are much stronger. I hope I will be able to upload some good photos to FAA. So far I have uploaded some photos from New Zealand and Australia, but I have much more. After this trip, I finally know what the wanderlust is :)

I really enjoyed The secret life of Walter Mitty. It´s lame to quote a movie, but:
"To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life"

So, If you have a chance to travel. DO IT!

I've recently started traveling as part of my job. Not as exotic as the places you've been, but I've been in New England for 4 months with 2 more to go.

Martin am glad you enjoyed your travels.Dam was only a few feet away from meeting you in person down at the Pikowai beech that day ,If my curiosity was stonger i would have come over to see what your photography set up was all about and introduced my self .I hope New Zealand hospitality treated you well . :) For others that may be curious on my post here , i was at the beach and came out of the public toilets to see someone setting up there photography gear.After seeing the photos then posted on here i questioned Martin to where he was that the scenery was very familiar to me.Sure enough it was martin setting up planning to take pictures and i didnt know it was him lol

Everyone should travel if they can.It helps you understand different cultures, customs,religions and people. You wont like all that you see but it will make you more open minded and tolerant. The memories will last forever.
