Have you been following my other YT thread?

I went for as easy as possible. I am not making films, just slideshows. No crazy music, just nice jazz and classical. No speaking over things in the video. Bare bones.

I can then use those showcases to promote on other SM. Videos get more views than posts. Plus I can show 7 to 11 images in a one plus minute video.

I went over my settings/options. I changed a privacy setting for subscriptions, but dont know if that is the setting I need to change.

I then unsubscribe to your channel and a moment later subscribed again. I hope it is now showing my name. Please let me know.

Nothing Dave, it says "Only subscribers who share their subscriptions publicly are shown." I have no idea what you have to change to share publicly. Anyway, three new subscribers from this thread (and I now know you were one of them LOL).

By share, I have taken my settings from private to public. Done now.

Maybe Google's servers need to update my settings. That will mean I need to unsubscribe and subscribe again. I want to do that later tonight.

For now I need to get ready for work.

Or I just do not yet see the right setting to change.

Weird? It may be because I have my subscriptions set to private. I do that because sometimes I subscribe to non-art related things, and I do not want it to show up to my followers since mine is an art themed channel. Your number of subscribers should have at least gone up though. I have a few subscribers on mine that it doesn't show me who they are, I just figured their subscriptions are private.

I just checked behind the scenes at mine, I have 18 subscribers, but when I look at my subscribers, only 7 are listed. I think the rest must be private.

So that solves that mystery! So I'm there, you just can't see me. You are listed in my subscriptions on my home page too.

Yep number 11 just popped up. There is a delay.

I have mine to public because I want my channel advertised further afield. But I have not subscribe to many things yet. Other than you guys.

I am much newer to YT than you Shana.

Separately I posted my new video on Linkedin last night. I have 23 views so far, but they do not show up in the YT count. 12 of those views are from Designers, my purpose. And the majority of the views are from the NYC area. I have hundreds of views on IN not registering with YT. I wonder what that means about other SM where I am also beginning to share the videos.

Oh my income from the videos is now up to 78 cents.
