Thanks, Karen. Another way is to edit a gallery. Keywords are also displayed there. When you click on the image it pops up in a new window where you can add more keywords

Thanks Karen and Jessica. At the risk of stating the obvious, I'll mention that once you see the list of keywords, you can use your mouse to highlight the group of keywords and copy so you can go to a similar image and paste if needed.

HANY J: I was able to highlight the keywords in the "Bulk Image Editor" and then pressed "Control C" to copy them, and then "Control V" to paste them in my notepad. Worked great!
