Welcome To Catalyst RVA Marketing Agency
March 22nd, 2024 - Richmond, VA
Welcome to Catalyst RVA Marketing Agency, where we turn marketing mayhem into home service heaven. Picture this: nestled in the heart of Midlothian, Virginia, a group of marketing maestros (that us) are cracking the code to lead generation like it's the Da Vinci Code, but for home service contractors across Virginia. And yes, we do it all with a smirk because taking ourselves too seriously is not in the service package.
Our Roots:
Born from the sweat and sawdust of a father's handyman business, our fearless leader learned the ropes (and pipes, and shingles) of home services from the ground up. That's right before the digital age swept us off our feet, there was a time of hammers, nails, and the sweet smell of fresh paint. It's this blend of hands-on experience and digital mastery that makes our approach as solid as Virginia oak.
Our Mission:
We are on a mission, not just any mission, but a holy grail kind of mission, to catapult Virginia's home service...

Duxbury Perfect Tree Photography Artwork
March 22nd, 2024 - Natick, MA
Duxbury Massachusetts and the south shore have great photo opportunities. The famous gumdrop tree at the banks of the Duxbury Bay is insanely picturesque. Its been on my photography bucket list for ages. I finally decided it was time to head down at sunrise and boy, was it awesome. Upon arrival at dawn, the sky was lit in beautiful light orange and yellow hues. The waters were so calm making for picture perfect reflections of this stunning scenery. I was in photography heaven.
For this shot I used my Canon Mark IV equipped with a 100-400mm lens. An aperture at f/16 with an ISO100 setting resulted in a 1 sec. exposure time. During post processing I adjusted highlights and shadows, brightness and contrast, color vibrancy and saturation before removing image imperfections and sharpening the final seascape photography image of Duxbury Bay Perfect Tree Reflection in Massachusetts.
Good light and happy photo making!

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Eric Rottcher. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Eric below.
Hi Eric, thanks for joining us today. Are you happy as a creative professional? Do you sometimes wonder what it would be like to work for someone else?
I don’t really know how to answer this one, but I would have to say yes, I believe I am for the most part. Granted, I’m not happy all the time, but who really is? I think life is a steady flow of mundanity and disappointment, only punctuated with moments of happiness; it makes me appreciate those moments even more.
I believe that being an artist, for me at least , means being sort of perfectionist. I go through times when I feel like my work is horrible and I’m a failure. I also have days when I feel my work is just okay. But true happiness comes from the moments when I’ve created something I’m simply just proud of. When I step back from it, I wonder how I could...
