One Grain of Sand

Even though it seems astronomically impossible to find art in a market such as this with literally thousands of artists to pick from, it is possible I know that you can make a connection in a split second with an artist. A soul connection is physical thing and if you just get a glimpse of what your soul is yearning for, you will find it. The work will call out to you and you will know. In all my years of selling work in a brick and mortar gallery in Seattle , I know that it is not a decision process that takes much time to form. One piece will speak to you or it won't, it's as simple as that.
I have known people to drive by a painting in a window and decide right there to get it. It really is love at first sight. All the stars line up, and the painter has found who they painted the painting for in the first place. The circle of creativity is complete and new work for someone else can begin again.
I truly believe that every painting I have done is for someone in particular and we just have to find each other.
