Back from vacation!  We had a great time!  I love not cooking, not cleaning, and not doing the laundry!

Life with The Word and Bird Man - Clyde Kessler

I have become very worried about black bears.  The population is thriving and Clyde has had encounters with them over the years when he worked part time with the Forest Service. 

I decided to buy those bear sprays just in case he or I ever have a bad encounter with one. 

On our vacation there were signs to be sure to tie up trash.  Help us to keep our bears wild. 

Before we went out to take some pictures I asked Clyde if he had figured out how to use the spray.  He said no and would just ask one of the bears how to use it. 

Arggh!  He hates to drive but has no fear of bears.  Go figure!
