Archival Research

If you want your projects to be archival use acid free supports and materials. If you want to protect your health, your life, use non toxic materials, wear gloves, cover your nose and mouth, use a good ventilation system or paint outdoors.There are a lot of toxic materials out there. The ASTM 4236 rating means non-toxic, but my research on chemicals deduces that there is a recent type of paint claimed and advertised to be non-toxic that contains a carcinogenic preservative. Be careful.
