Sweet Little Side Gig!
Seems everyone shares their good fortune so I figured what the heck. I was offered a short term position with a UK based company that creates camouflage pattern masking templates for model aircraft. I have to draw 10 WW2 era aircraft, each in profile view and from a top down view which will show modelers where to place the camo masks. This is kinda a dream job for me, hopefully they like my work and will give me more work in the future. First one they want is an Me-262, a German fighter/interceptor/bomber jet. The attachment is what you would typically find in a model kit for painting camouflage and decal placement. I have to make something similar, but they want it to be more detailed and realistic. They're hopeful a more detailed presentation will separate their product from the others on the store shelves.
